Basketball
Basketball Consulting will be ran by O’Neil Lubin. Coach O’Neil is from Orlando, Florida and is a USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach; that specializes in skill acquisition, video analysis, and coaching.
- As an amateur athlete he played basketball for Adidas grass-root team Florida Rams ‘09 and at Oak Ridge HS ‘06 -‘10. Also played 4 years of college basketball at Young Harris College, Miami Dade College and Warner University where he received Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
- As a coach he coached at Oak Ridge ‘16-17 Nike Elite H.S. where he first served as the freshman coach then later became the head coach ‘17-‘18 and had a 24-5 record and won coach of year.
- Trained 20+ professional overseas and college players.
- Now currently a part of the Washington Wizards Youth Development and Physical Education teacher for Prince George County Public Schools.

BASKETBALL TEAM
There’s a certain type of way we are trying to play and develop players. We don’t want to throw the players right into gameplay. We want to build up work ethic, discipline, skill-set and overall responsible individuals. We want to meet the athlete where there are and we can teach them how to become better - We want the athletes to be able to improve on a specific skill on their own; constant improvement and push their habits, routines, and daily executions.
Being part of this program will be time consuming; consist of practices, skill sessions, conditioning, scrimmages, referee conference; in game conduct, basketball camps and games. This will be a 5-6 month commitment, for a season.
The initial fee will be $350 and remaining $300 can be paid 1 month later. Totaling to $650. All payments will be made to company’s business account One Love Sport LLC; through Stripe or Zelle.

FILM BREAKDOWN
Film breakdown is for basketball scouting that analyzes player skills, teamwork, and game strategy to inform recruitment decisions. And help improve player IQ for the game by recognizing scoring patterns and defensive rotations.
HOOP CASTLE; School
Will be basketball hoop sessions where players work on enhancing their skills by working on Combo moves, Finishing moves, Counter moves, Read-and-React Passing, and Three-on-Three skill sessions. Each player would be able to compete and be involved in high pace environment.
Every Monday and Wednesday the players will have a choice to decide what day and time slot that is available and then they would be a part of skill sessions. - If you are a part of team its mandatory for player to attend Hoop School twice out of the week to work on their game.
